Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you received your purchase.
We accept UNUSED products in the original packaging. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, and your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Certain types of goods are excluded from return shipping:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
- Intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift certificates.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care products.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase not back to the manufacturer.
There are situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- A book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our fault.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially booked.
- Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@blackwater-defense.com.
Discounted items
Only regular price items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items are not refundable.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange the same item, please send an email to info@blackwater-defense.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, time may vary before your exchanged product reaches you.
If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
